TOURS ON REQUEST IN AUTUMN, ROVANIEMI

Arctic autumn is beautiful. Nature transforms from its green and lush summer gown to bare and still winter. Autumn is great for hiking and observing the northern lights. The autumn tours are available on request and some of them are done for parties of min 4 adults, detailed information in the tour descriptions. 

These tours are available between 1st September until 30th November, due to prevailing weather conditions. Some tours have other availability dates, see tour descriptions.

RESERVATIONS
Requests per e-mail to info@arcticlifestyle.fi are replied to with reservation information, due to availability.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Tour is confirmed once payment has been received by Arctic Lifestyle. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation inquiries must be submitted to Arctic Lifestyle  in writing (info@arcticlifestyle.fi) within office hours in Finland (8.00-17.00) and referring to Arctic Lifestyle’s reservation number. Cancellations are always due to approval of Arctic Lifestyle and its suppliers.

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation fees outside the high season: 
14-7 days prior to start of the tour cancellation fee of 25 € / person / tour.
6-3 days prior to start of the tour cancellation fee 50% of the cancelled tours in total. 
48-0 hrs prior to start of the tour 100% payment, applies also for no-shows.

For a tailored itinerary including several safaris and possibly transfers and accommodation, terms and conditions will be stated separately. 

Arctic Lifestyle keeps the right to changes in prices, program content and commercial conditions, depending on changes in the supplied services, weather conditions and taxes.
